By accessing and using Talkona, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Service Description

Talkona is a platform connecting users with verified experts for pay-per-minute consultations. We facilitate connections but are not responsible for the advice provided by experts.

3. User Obligations

Users must provide accurate information, maintain account security, use services lawfully, and respect expert's time and expertise. Abusive behavior will result in account termination.

4. Expert Obligations

Experts must provide accurate credentials, maintain professional conduct, honor consultation commitments, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Payment Terms

Users purchase coins which are used for consultations. Coins are non-refundable except in cases of technical failures. Experts receive 80% of consultation fees with 20% platform commission.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Users can end calls anytime. Refunds are provided only for technical issues preventing service delivery. Coin purchases are final.

7. Disclaimer

Consultations are for informational purposes only. Talkona is not liable for advice provided by experts. Users should seek professional medical, legal, or financial advice when necessary.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our discretion.
